Order Cancellation at Pulse and Tone FZ-LLC

Service Cancellation for Monthly and Annual Plans
We offer two types of plans: monthly and annual. Here’s a quick rundown of what you need to know about canceling each type:
Monthly Plan
1. Your plan renews automatically every 30 days.
2. If you choose to cancel, your service will continue until the end of the current 30-day period.
3. No mid-month cancellations are allowed, and payments will be automatically processed for the next billing cycle.
Annual Plan
1. This plan also renews automatically.
2. If you wish to cancel, we just need to hear from you at least 30 days before the plan ends. This gives us time to process everything on our side and make the necessary changes.
