1. Send an email from your registered email address to info@pulsentone.biz.

Accessing Your Archive

Once we’ve received your request, we’ll send you a downloadable zip file via email. This file will contain your archived data, so you can access and retrieve it whenever you need it.

Pulse and Tone FZ-LLC’s Data Retention Policy

Here’s a snapshot of how long we store different types of data:

On-demand call recordings: Retained for 30 days, with a limit of 100 recordings per mailbox/user.
Automatic call recordings: Retained for 30 days, with a limit of 10,000 recordings per account.
Fax/Voicemail messages: Retained for 7 days, with a limit of 100 messages per folder.
